While our home office is in Knoxville, we have a satellite office in Nashville. We will generally build or consult on projects within a 200 mile radius of Knoxville, TN. Our company builds between 15 and 20 commercial and residential projects per year. We have no desire to be a volumn builder. We place our emphasis on customer service and satisfaction and not on advertising.    

We want our clients to feel as important to our company during and after their pool construction as they felt during the sales process. We do not tell our clients what pool they need. We listen to how our clients will use their pool. We ask pointed questions to help us understand their vision and then we bring their vision to fruition.

We never put the dollar first. Our reputation is priceless. We always do the right thing. We become friends with our clients by earning their trust and respect. We value this relationship long after the pool construction is complete. This policy has served our company well, as a majority of our business comes from direct referral by former clients.
